Water-Based Polyurethane Injection Grout (PU Injection Grout) is a single-component grouting material. It disperses, emulsifies, and foams rapidly upon contact with water, forming an impermeable elastic gel-like solid. It has excellent water-stop properties, with good elongation, elasticity, and impermeability after reaction.
It is also resistant to low temperatures (-20°C) and can maintain its original form permanently in water. After mixing with water, it has low viscosity, good flowability, and is non-toxic, harmless, and non-polluting to humans. With good expansion properties and high water retention.

APPLICATION RANGE
This product is suitable for repairing dry and wet cracks in concrete components such as in basements, subway tunnels, dams, and brick structures. It is also applicable for indoor moisture-proofing projects in areas like bathrooms and kitchens, as well as for waterproofing joints in utility tunnels and repairing fine cracks in roofs of civil buildings. It is effective for leak-stopping in dynamic water environments, such as seepage caused by fluctuations in the groundwater table. The product is particularly effective in areas with visible seepage or active leakage, as it requires contact with free water to initiate its reaction.

Note:
1.The ambient temperature during application should be above 0°C, as low temperatures may affect the reaction and curing speed.
2.Ensure adequate ventilation and keep away from any ignition sources during application. Open flames must not be used in the surrounding work area before the material has cured.
3.Immediately after use, machine must be thoroughly cleaned with a cleaning agent until completely clean.
