Applications and Construction Methods of Waterproof Paint

Surface Preparation

The substrate must be solid, level, free of dust, oil, and
dry before application. Clean and sweep the surface thoroughly before starting. Fill cracks and grooves around pipe roots with a
non-shrink grout until smooth

Detailing Waterproof Treatment

Prior to applying the primary waterproofing layer, apply
2~3 coats of this product to corners, pipe penetrations, and drain areas to create an additional waterproofing
barrier, with a film thickness of no less than 0.8mm.

Coating Application

Apply the waterproof coating evenly onto the substrate
using a roller or brush. A minimum of two coats is
recommended, achieving a total dry film thickness of at
least 0.8mm. Ensure the second coat is applied
perpendicular to the first. Allow a 3-5 hour interval
between coats, and proceed only when the previous coat
is tack-free. For enhanced strength, the coating can be
reinforced with fiber mesh. This product is also suitable for spray application and can
be diluted with water.
