How to Install Epoxy Sand Self Levelling Floor Paint？
BOSLAI Epoxy Sand Self Levelling Floor Paint is applied in 5 steps:
(1) Substrate preparation — clean, dry, and level the floor; apply primer if the surface is dusty or powdery.
(2) Mixing — combine Component A and B with a power mixer for 3 minutes; use within 20 minutes.
(3) Coating — pour and spread with a trowel or squeegee at 2mm thickness.
(4) Deaeration — roll with a spiked roller within 15 minutes to remove air bubbles.
(5) Curing — surface dry in 6h, full cure in 24h, heavy traffic after 72h. Apply at 5–35°C with 30–70% relative humidity.
How to Maintain Epoxy Colored Sand Flooring？
For daily cleaning, sweep with a soft broom or dust mop and mop with a well-wrung cotton mop using neutral detergents only. Avoid strong acids, strong alkalis, or abrasive tools that can damage the resin surface. In commercial spaces, dust daily and damp-mop every other day. Apply epoxy wax every 3–6 months to restore gloss and form a protective film. For minor scratches, lightly sand with 1000-grit sandpaper and reapply wax. Promptly wipe up oil, chemical, and pigment spills to prevent staining.
